Can’t speak highly enough about the finish and quality of our newly laid driveway. After a full extensive refurbishment & extension to our home this was the final piece to finish it all off and well it does just that, we couldn’t be more happier. Kieran initially visited with samples and talked us through the options and the various colours, once we received the competitive price we decided to push the button, we are so glad we did as the drive was prepped within a few days, the lads were polite hard working and cleaned up after themselves you didn’t know they had been. The good old British weather delayed the laying of the resin but Kieran informed us along the way and always communicated. Today the weather held out and the lads got to it straight away with the resin laying, again with the same professionalism and cleanliness as before. I would like to share my experience and my complete satisfaction of my drive replacement with Resin Driveways. Our driveway had been added to and layered over for many years, resulting in a very uneven, poor quality mix of Tarmac and Concrete. It had many levels, didn't drain well and after rain we had a large puddle at the front door. Kieran, Andy and the team have done a first class, wonderful job. They even turned up on the first day when we had snow!! The whole of the old driveway way was removed, beautiful edging stones laid and the drive built up with different layers of stone aggregate (compacted well after each layer). Then a final layer of our chosen colour resin was applied. The finished result is amazing and I am more than pleased. We have had many compliments. I had obtained several quotes from garden landscapers to transform my dull garden with a new resin-bound surface and already had a preferred local company in mind to carry out the job. Resin Driveways were a late entrant to the party so I was reluctant to invite them initially to quote for the job given the time already spent on sourcing quotes/surveys. However, following Kieran’s initial call and visit, I was genuinely impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, customer reviews and honesty that I awarded the job to them. Although the job quote was a bit more than my budget, Kieran was very accommodating and we agreed a price we were both happy with (although I think I probably eroded his profit margins by the time we were done!). Really pleased that I chose them for the job as I’m over the moon with the end product produced. Kieran worked with me on my design ideas and shared his invaluable insight, he kept me up to date throughout the process and even carried out ad-hoc smaller tasks free of charge. His team turned up on the days and times stated and got on with things with professionalism and great workmanship. I’ve worked with a lot of tradespeople before and had my reservations about the nice sales talk and false promises but Kieran stuck to everything he said and I could tell he genuinely cared. After the job was done, he even made a 2 hour round trip journey to check over the job and make sure I was happy. I’m thoroughly impressed by the end product and I now have a fantastic drive that is low-maintenance and my family can enjoy for years to come. Kieran and his team performed superbly. This was much more than a standard resin surfacing job, but they always kept to timelines, turned up on time and got tasks done on time or ahead. Clean and tidy all the way through. Finished patio looks great. Really pleased we choose them 👍🏼
I had new brick built flower beds and a resin driveway installed. Nothing was too much trouble for Kieran and the guys. They worked so hard, all the while being kind, respectful and courteous. What an amazing job transforming our front garden into a beautiful driveway. The lads doing the work were professional and tided up after each day. Kieran spoke with us each evening to check we were happy with the work done on that day and kept us informed on things throughout. The excavation was done quickly in just one day, we had to wait a little longer for the resin to be laid due to the weather as resin can’t be laid in rain, but Kieran kept us informed with that. Kieran and his team completed my driveway. From quote to finish they were amazing, talking through the process, dealing with my requests and any changes I asked for. No request was too much for the lads to do, they checked in on the little things, like drains, edge blocks and the step to ensure I was happy with everything. The team worked on a major landscaping project at our property involving a large amount of excavation work taking away tonnes of soil, concrete and overgrown trees. They completely changed the garden into a much simpler tiered layout with beautiful indian stone paving throughout and also carried out a complete re-grading of the driveway and new tarmac. Thanks very much to Kieran, Paul, Alex, Jarvis, Ryan and everyone else who's worked so hard over several weeks to get it finished despite bad weather and some unforeseen issues which were dealt with excellently. We're very pleased with the finished work and can't wait to spend the summer in our new garden!
Just had our driveway & surrounding pathways transformed from boring ugly old concrete slabs to a fabulous resin bound surface by Resin Driveways.
